The project was carried out in 2 phases. In the first instance a new extension was added to form a new dining/kitchen area featuring anodized aluminium bull nose bespoke fascias, ID system folding doors and two purpose made rooflights.
2nd phase was a loft conversion to match design of extension and full internal refurbishment featuring walk over rooflights in entrance hallway, full restorations of original features and cornices.
